How does Trackon deliver your Parcel? Start To End Process

We delve into the intricate process of parcel delivery orchestrated by Trackon, aiming to provide a unique and reliable journey for every package. Trackon takes pride in ensuring the authentic and secure transportation of goods from the point of origin to their final destination. To demystify the Trackon Courier Delivery System, we break down the entire process into six pivotal stages.

1. Pickup:

The commencement of the Trackon delivery process is marked by the crucial step of pickup. Here, Trackon schedules specific delivery times for designated regions and retailer stores to efficiently collect packages. The pickup phase unfolds in two scenarios:

Wrapped Items: For securely wrapped packages, Trackon ensures the inclusion of all necessary slips such as those for the sender, recipient, and product details in printed form.

Unwrapped Items: In cases where packages require wrapping, Trackon utilizes suitable containers, stickers, and adhesives to ensure the safety of the contents. Sender and recipient information slips are generated and affixed to the outside of the package post-packaging.

2. Sorting:

Following pickup, sorting emerges as the second pivotal phase. Trackon organizes and filters packages based on specific criteria to streamline the shipping process. Sorting is executed using the following filters:

a. Locations: Packages are separated according to their destination cities, simplifying the subsequent stages of the delivery process.

b. Product Nature: Trackon analyzes the nature of products to facilitate safe transportation. Fragile items are separated from sturdier ones, and high-volume items are distinguished from their low-volume counterparts.

c. Delivery Type: The delivery type, be it Overnight, Overload, COD, International, National, or Normal, is assessed and packages are organized accordingly.

d. Delivery Mode: The mode of delivery, whether by road, air, train, or ship, is determined. For road transportation, the appropriate vehicle is chosen based on the nature of the product.

3. Despatch:

Despatch marks the third step, involving the routing and transportation of packages from their origin to their destination. The branch supervisor lists and uploads all package information to the Trackon Tracking Portal, assigning a consignment number or tracking ID to each parcel. A summarized message, inclusive of the consignment number, sender and receiver details, actual shipping and product costs, and estimated delivery days and times, is sent to both the sender and receiver.

4. Destination:

Upon reaching the destination branches of Trackon, the unloading process occurs in the city branch warehouse. The supervisor verifies the received packages against the issuance list and notifies both sender and receiver with a “Reached Destination” message. Packages are then assigned to delivery personnel associated with specific areas or wards within the city.

5. Last Mile:

The penultimate stage, the Last Mile, involves the delivery personnel picking up packages from the branch warehouse and delivering them to the precise addresses. Often, the delivery personnel contact the receiver to confirm the delivery, utilizing bikes, cars, or other small carriers for transportation.

6. Delivery:

The final and eagerly awaited step in the Trackon Courier Delivery System is the actual delivery of the parcel. The package is handed over to the receiver, and feedback is collected to ensure a successful delivery. For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, Trackon receives the amount and processes the transfer through the Trackon transaction portal.

In conclusion, Trackon’s meticulous and systematic approach ensures that your parcel is handled with care from initiation to delivery, providing a seamless and reliable courier service experience.
